Corlia & Hein 13 Desember 2008

Corlia and Hein's wedding was a very special one for Danieta and I. If you go back on this blog to 14 September, you'll see their walk-thru photos as well as a little write-up as to why their wedding was so special to us.... The day could not have turned out better..... Enjoy some of their photos with us.....

The trip to the Riviera Hotel was made by boat.... The perfect way to relax before starting proceedings.....

As we arrived at the Riviera, Corlia and Hein were met by this chap with the accordion... And playing Piaf..... It was a suprize organized by Corlia's mom.... Just so special....

Traditionally, Danieta and I have considered the Riviera to be more of a conference venue than a wedding venue. Well, that was until this wedding..... They have a new co-ordinator (as soon as I have her name, I will update the site) and this wedding not only went without a hitch, but there was a sparkle that we have not before experienced at the Riviera. Well done guys and gals!

As a part of his speech, Hein recited a poem that he had composed for Corlia..... Corlia's reaction says it all!

Corlia en Hein, julle is twee pragtige mense. Dit is 'n eer om julle te kan vriende noem. Ons gebede is met julle en wens julle 'n baie gelukkige lewe saam.
