Every now and then, there is a wedding that simply blows one away.... Our first trip to Memoire was earlier this year when we joined Nadia and Warren for a walk though of the venue. After leaving the rush of Randburg travelling along Beyers Naude and then turning off towards Kromdraai one reaches a little spaza shop at the turn-off onto a dirt road.... A couple of kilometres down the road, Memoire appears... Nestled on the banks of a little river (not sure which) the venue is breathtaking.... And so too was the wedding!
We met Nadia a couple of years ago at Marc and Lonelle's wedding in the 'berg. The photoshoot was done in the mountains and the transport was via helicopter.... And Nadia was the one flying Marc and Lonelle's ride! We said to ourselves at that stage that we would looove to photograph her wedding one day. When she and Warren decided to tie the knot, we were thrilled to be involved.
Warren and Nadia, thank you for allowing us to capture the images of your most beautiful day. It has been an absolute privilege to be involved in this fairy tale wedding...
